Fellowship Overview

Our 6-month program is designed to prepare the next generation of venture leaders for success. It aims to equip mid-career VC professionals with the tools and community they need to advance their careers within the venture capital industry.

The VC Career Fellowship prepares mid-level professionals to effectively serve as venture capital leaders in their fields. In the 2025 Fellowship, participants will complete a rigorous program featuring remote sessions and in-person meetings in select countries across Latin America.

1️⃣ STEP - Pre-Application Form

1️⃣ STEP - Complete Application Questions

After completing the pre-screen form, if we determine there's a good fit for the program, you will receive the application questions.

2️⃣ STEP - Interview

The process for the fellowship looks at you holistically, not just what we find on paper. Candidates whose career moment is aligned with the fellowship will be invited for an interview with our Leadership Team, conducted via video chat.

3️⃣ STEP - Selection

At the conclusion of the interview process, candidates for the Latam cohort will be selected by our Admissions Committee. If selected, you will be informed about the next steps to prepare for the program and details regarding tuition.


Curriculum at a Glance 📚✨

Over the course of the fellowship, Fellows will explore a comprehensive curriculum, peer to peer coaching and mentorship. They will develop and practice skills in public speaking, persuasive writing, and pitching, as they prepare to deliver a capstone project or fund formation project using one of these methods.
